Hailing from Burgos, Raquel earned her culinary credentials in Salamanca and dove into the male-dominated world of jamón slicing with unshakeable passion. She began her journey by apprenticing at a jamonería, where she learned precise slicing techniques, sometimes practicing on imperfect pieces for hours on end.

Today, at a young age, she's one of Spain’s most sought-after professionals in her field traveling internationally to slice at events, trade fairs, and gourmet gatherings. Media outlets celebrate her as a trailblazer who injects elegance and flair into a traditionally masculine craft . With a team of five now supporting her, Raquel aims to build a global brand that combines jamón with wine, cheese and unforgettable experiences
