Since 2020, I have been the proud owner and operator of an Asian food stall at Eatyard, specializing in dumplings, fried chicken, and bao buns. My deep-rooted family history in the food industry has always fueled my enthusiasm for cooking and sharing authentic Asian flavors.

In 2022, I had the honor of winning first place on the TV show "Takeaway Titans," competing against 15 top restaurants from Ireland and Northern Ireland. This achievement further cemented my commitment to excellence in the food industry.

In addition to running my food stall, I am also a culinary instructor at the Dublin Cookery School, where I teach Chinese cuisine. I am dedicated to bringing authentic Chinese food culture to Ireland and sharing my culinary heritage with a wider audience.
