Graeme Reynolds

Chef/owner Graeme Reynolds takes influence for his dishes from lengthy travels around Thailand, especially in the northern city of Chiang Mai.

His cooking style is heavily influenced by the produce he receives from small organic farms, butchers and fishmongers.

Since opening, achara was named irish times restaurant of the year 2024 and has been nominated for a variety of awards from best casual dining to best new restaurant at the irish food and wine and Irish Restaurant awards and also the brightest spark award at Big Grill Dublin 2025.
