Chef Cody Taylor quickly gained notoriety as one of Atlanta's top chefs with his restaurant Heirloom Market BBQ. Since its opening in 2010,it has been featured on Eater Atlanta Essential 38 Restaurant list for over a decade, and received the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023, 2024, and 2025.

The two time James Beard Nominated for Best Chef Southeast, now travels the globe teaching and cooking over his biggest passion live fire. At Big Grill Chicago, he'll be teaming up with Graeme Reynolds of Achara for a one-of-a-kind collaboration celebrating smoke, spice, and global flavour.
