Chef & Founder of Nua Asador. Born in rural Paraná, Brazil, Victor began his culinary journey at 14 in Curitiba. By 18, he was Head Chef at Poco Tapas, earning national recognition. He refined his craft in Spain, Turkey, and Italy, before moving to Ireland in 2019 to become Head Chef at Cask Bar in Cork, earning a Best Chef in Cork nomination at just 25.

After training in Michelin-starred kitchens (The Greenhouse, Aimsir, Frantzén), Victor returned to his roots with Nua Asador — a wood-fired kitchen running on pure flame, with no electricity or gas. His cooking is primal, bold, and rooted in tradition. Nua quickly gained attention, winning awards including Ireland’s 3rd Best Sauce for his signature chimichurri.
