My name is Ryan Lally, owner of Grá Pizza. A food truck specialising in Naturally Leavened Pizza. My focus is on using local, organic grains, fermented over a few days and using as much local Irish produce where possible. I started this journey 4 years ago selling pizzas from my house and it has turned into a full fledged pizza operation.
