We first met Rama in Buenos Aires September 2016 when he invited Andy Noonan and John Relihan out to Pude Social Club for an authentic Asado. Ramiro cooked a beautiful meal of morcilla, chinchulin, sweetbreads and ribs with his version of chimichurri ‘Chimihendrix’. Rama joins The Big Grill for his second time, demonstrating traditional Argentine Asado and of course, his famous Chimihendrix to go alongside the grilled meat.
