Laura Sylvestor is from the south coast of England. She’s been in the restaurant trade since age
13, starting in the humble chippy in her seaside town.
Boca Loco, her self-built food truck, travels mostly on the south coast slinging banging street food, inspired by travels past and present.
Laura’s top three passions are the outdoors, fire and seafood.
