Fresh from her awards as Ireland’s Best Chef by the Restaurant Association in May 2018, Jess will join us to serve up a vegan-friendly, live-fire veggie feast. Jess is owner and operator of Kai Restaurant, nestled between the church and a gay bar down on Sea Road in Galway’s Westend.
