Saul Ramos

Chef Saul Ramos was born in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and raised in Chicago, where he began working in restaurants at just 13 years old. Over the past two decades he has cooked in acclaimed restaurants across Chicago and Miami before partnering with Kosti Demos to grow Sapori Trattoria, launch Butcher & The Bear, and open Ithaki Estiatorio in Chicago's Greektown. His cooking blends classical technique with bold flavors, premium ingredients, and an unwavering commitment to hospitality.
