Mike Johnson
Chef Mike Johnson is the chef and co-founder of Sugarfire Smoke House, the award-winning St. Louis barbecue restaurant known for its creative take on American BBQ. With a background in fine dining, Mike trained under culinary greats including Emeril Lagasse and Charlie Trotter before bringing his experience to the world of barbecue.
He has competed in major BBQ competitions around the world and has helped build Sugarfire into one of the most recognised barbecue names in the US.
