Nick Solares is a stalwart at Big Grill and has been coming year after year to host demos and incredible meat-focused dining experiences in Offside.
Nick is an NYC-based food writer, photographer, and Emmy-nominated broadcaster and an expert in meat eating and restaurant culture. He was a pioneering food blogger launching Beef Aficionado in 2006 and going on to be a columnist and critic for Serious Eats (2007-2014) and Restaurant Editor at Eater NY (2014-2018). He is also a brand ambassador for Pat LaFrieda Meats.
